Question What is the NYS Developmental Disabilities Planning Council RAMPS Program?

Answer A NYS DDPC funded demonstration program (with four sites), the RAMPS Program provides wheelchair ramps to families who cannot affort them at either a reduced cost or completely free, based on income. The DDPC's goal is to construct 200 ramps statewide through the RAMPS Program.
