Question Does New York State have programs for the homeless?

Answer The state Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance administers an array of programs to address homelessness. These range from programs to prevent homelessness to the actual construction of housing for homeless persons. Several programs provide an array of support services to homeless persons to stabilize their situation and increase their levels of self-sufficiency.
