What are my rights as a crime victim?

 An overview of victim and witness rights is available online at the link below. Detailed descriptions appear in a booklet titled 'The Rights of Crime Victims in New York State' produced by the New York State Crime Victims Board. The booklet is available from criminal justice agencies, district attorney's offices, local victim advocates and also by requesting one from the Board.
