I believe a state-operated or licensed program serving people with mental disabilities is misusing funds or committing fiscal fraud. Where can I report this?

 The Commission on Quality of Care and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities is charged with assuring that funds provided for services/supports for people with mental disabilities are used for the purpose intended. Contact them at 1-800-624-4143.
