Answer New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has a 24 hour hotline for citizens to report chemical/petroleum spill. Our team of experienced staff will investigate and take action to remedy the situation. The hotline numbers are 1-800-457-7362 (within NY State) or (518) 457-7362 (outside NY State)
