Do I need a license to work at a racetrack or casino in New York State?
All employees of a racetrack or casino in New York State need to be licensed by the New York State Racing and Wagering Board. Forms and applications for a license to work at a racetrack may be obtained on the Racing and Wagering Board website or by visiting one of our offices. The Board has offices in Albany, Manhattan and each racetrack in New York State.
