I have a problem DOT needs to resolve. How do I request service from DOT?

 Telephone, e-mail, send a letter or see the Transportation Maintenance Resident Engineer in your county. It would be most helpful if you have specific information about the location and nature of the problem you would like DOT to address.

Route numbers, cross streets, addresses or landmarks make it much easier for DOT to identify the location.
