Over what sections of the Public Officers Law does the New York State Ethics Commission have jurisdiction?

 The NYS Ethics Commission gains its jurisdiction from three sections of the Public Officers Law. Section 73 imposes restrictions with respect to post-employment activities, state employees' possible business activities with the state, and the receipt of gifts. Section 73-a requires financial disclosure by certain state employees. Section 74 addresses conflicts of interest.
