Question How much federal transit funding does New York State receive?

Answer The federal Transportation Appropriations Act was signed into law on October 23, 2000. Under the agreement, Congress appropriated a record $6.3 billion in FFY 2001 for programs administered by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
