I'm a female (male) who's being sexually harassed on the job. Where can I go for help?

 If you believe you are being sexually harassed at your place of employment, you may file a complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights (the NYSDHR). The Division maintains a special Office of Sexual Harassment Issues (OSHI), which focuses exclusively on the growing problem of sexual harassment in the workplace, in landlord tenant relationships, and places of public accommodation. In addition to investigating and resolving complaints, OSHI staff help educate employers about their responsibility in the prevention of sexual harassment.
