How can I obtain a copy of a New York State tax return that I have filed?

 To obtain a copy of a previously filed return, complete Form TR-152, Request for Copy of Filed Tax Return, and submit it to the address listed on the form. Please allow 45 to 60 days to receive a copy of your return.
